Use Buy or Rent, then choose the property type, DHA city, phase or sector and budget. Each result links to its complete property detail page.
Are DHA Karachi and DHA City Karachi treated separately?＋
Yes. They are separate markets on ApnaDHA, with their own relevant phases, sectors and property results.
How current are the listings?＋
Fresh properties are ordered from the newest published inventory. Availability and final terms should still be reconfirmed with the listing representative.
Can I post my own property?＋
Yes. Sign in, open Post Property, enter the structured details and photos, then submit the listing for review.
How do I find an agent or agency?＋
Open the professional directory to compare service areas, specialties, verification status and active listings before opening a profile.
Does ApnaDHA guarantee a price or transaction?＋
No. Listings and market content support discovery and comparison. Price, title, dues, approvals and availability must be independently verified before a transaction.
Can I save properties and searches?＋
Signed-in users can save properties to their ApnaDHA account and revisit them from the account workspace.
