Updated September 2026. ApnaDHA has a dedicated live buyer requirements marketplace for DHA property demand. Buyers and tenants can post exactly what they need; requirements are displayed publicly by date while contact details remain protected and unlock after sign-in. For agents and owners, this creates a direct way to see demand before submitting matching inventory.
Looking for property but current listings do not match?
Post one structured requirement with city, phase/sector/project, property type, size and budget. Agents and owners with matching inventory can then respond.
The live system is here: View Buyer Requirements · Post Your Requirement.
What counts as a property requirement?
A useful requirement is specific enough for the market to respond. It can be for purchase or rent and can cover houses, plots, apartments, commercial property or project-based inventory.
- Purpose: buy or rent
- Property type: house, plot, apartment, commercial
- DHA market: DHA Karachi or DHA City Karachi
- Phase / sector / project: where applicable
- Budget: realistic range
- Size: preferred or acceptable range
- Bedrooms / special needs: for houses and apartments
Why requirements matter in a marketplace
Traditional property portals are supply-first: buyers scroll listings and hope the right property is still available. A requirement marketplace adds the other side of the transaction. It tells agents and owners what real buyers and tenants are actively looking for.
| User | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Buyer / tenant | Post one structured requirement instead of repeatedly explaining the same brief. |
| Agent | See active demand and respond with matching inventory. |
| Owner / seller | Understand whether there is demand for a similar property and list directly. |
| ApnaDHA marketplace | Connect demand with fresh inventory and reduce dependence on stale listings. |
How the ApnaDHA requirements system works
- Sign in or create an account.
- Post what you need using the structured requirement form.
- The requirement appears publicly on the Buyer Requirements page.
- Your contact details remain protected for signed-in access.
- Agents and owners with matching property can respond or submit inventory.
Agent or owner with matching property?
Do not just message “available”. Reconfirm the property and publish complete current details so the buyer can evaluate it.
Examples of useful DHA requirements
- 500–600 yards house required in DHA Phase 8 with defined budget.
- 2-bed apartment required for rent in DHA Phase 5 or Phase 6.
- 500-yard residential plot required in Phase 6.
- 200-yard plot required in DHA City Karachi with preferred sectors.
- Office or shop required for rent in Bukhari, Shahbaz or Badar Commercial.
Examples explain the format only. A requirement should appear as live demand only when a real user has submitted it.
Research the market before posting
Buyers can refine their requirement using the live property marketplace, DHA Karachi marketplace, DHA City Karachi marketplace, and phase hubs such as Phase 6 and Phase 8.
For agents: requirements are a reason to bring inventory
If an agent sees a requirement that matches a property they hold, the useful response is not just “available”. Reconfirm the property, then submit complete current details so it can become part of the marketplace.
- Reconfirm the property before responding.
- Send phase/sector, property type, size, demand/rent and key features.
- Do not submit sold/rented or stale inventory simply to increase listing count.
- Maintain an agent profile so buyers can understand your DHA market coverage.
Agents can explore the Agents section; agencies can be viewed at ApnaDHA Agencies.
For owners: direct sellers and landlords are welcome
ApnaDHA is not agent-only. Owners can list a property for sale or rent directly. If a buyer/tenant requirement looks similar to your property, publish clear current details so the market can evaluate it.
Requirement quality matters
Very broad requirements such as “need good property in DHA” create weak matches. Better requirements specify phase/sector, size, property type, budget, use and must-have features. A serious buyer does not need to reveal private details publicly, but the property brief should be usable.

ApnaDHA demand and inventory principle
The goal is not to display the largest possible number of leads or listings. The goal is to create a more current DHA marketplace where fresh property supply can meet visible buyer and tenant demand. Submitted properties still require reconfirmation before they should be treated as currently available.
Post a requirement or send matching inventory
Buyers and tenants can Post a Requirement. Owners and agents can List a Property. Agents can monitor Live Buyer Requirements. For direct inventory intake or help with a requirement, WhatsApp 0331-8208177.
